Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with us. Everything we sell is made to order in our Nashua, New Hampshire workshop. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We also ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Most orders are handed off to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed. In practice, the vast majority go out the next business day, including during the holiday season.

Transit time after that is determined by the carrier and depends on your location.

Large and bulk orders

Orders of 50 or more units may require additional production time. If that applies to your order, we'll reach out before production begins to confirm a timeline that works for you.

Carrier and tracking

We ship most orders via USPS. Larger shipments and bulk orders may ship via UPS when a bigger box is needed. Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you automatically when your package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, check with your neighbors and your local post office first โ€” in most cases it turns up within a day or two. If it doesn't, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

If tracking shows the package was lost in transit (never delivered), we'll file a carrier claim and replace or refund the order at no cost to you. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
