Refund policy


Thanks for shopping with us. We make every product ourselves in our Nashua, New Hampshire workshop, and we stand behind our work. Here's how returns, refunds, and damaged goods are handled.


Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or engraved incorrectly, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email info@littletopcreations.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. In most cases we'll ship a replacement right away — you won't need to send the original back.

Personalized items

Most of what we make is personalized: engraved clocks, custom desk signs, business card holders with your name or logo, and so on. Because we make each piece to order, personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective (see above).

Non-personalized items

Non-personalized items (such as our standard WiFi signs or soap holders) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Canceling an order before it ships

If you need to cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund. After 24 hours we may have already started production, and personalized work in progress can't be canceled.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors and local carrier first — in most cases it turns up within a day or two. If it doesn't, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are generally the buyer's responsibility, but we'll do what we can to help resolve it.

If tracking shows the package was lost in transit (never delivered), we'll file a carrier claim and replace or refund the order at no cost to you.
